• How much do you charge for delivery within the U.K?

Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For Delivery is FREE for all UK orders.  

  

  • How much do you charge for delivery outside of the U.K.?

Worldwide delivery is FREE for all orders over £100.  For orders less than £100, the cost of shipping outside of the UK depends on where you live. Please enter your details at checkout for more information. 

Please be aware:

  • Goods may be subject to customs charges and fees. These will need to be paid by the customer before the parcel is released to them. 

  • The customs authorities in the destination country determine if charges are due on imported goods, and the levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country.  Kindly note that Avani London cannot advise on what these may be. 

 

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to ship all orders within two working days.  Please note that:

  • All jewellery orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For (Second Class).   

  • Bindi and bangle only orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class (not signed for).

This means that in almost all cases, your items will be delivered to within 3-5 working days (UK only).  If you require your order faster, please select a delivery upgrade.

International orders will take longer. Please allow up to 10 working days for your item to be delivered.

Please ensure that your personal details (i.e. name and address) are correct to avoid delays in receiving your items.

  • How will my order arrive?

We pride ourselves on our packaging at Avani London HQ, and our customers love it too! Your beautiful jewellery will arrive in a luxury branded jewellery box, with acid-free tissue paper.

 

  • I'm unhappy with my order.  What can I do?

Your satisfaction is our priority, so should you find yourself dissatisfied with any of our pieces, please contact hello@avanilondon.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

Kindly note that:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or any sets with earrings.  This is in line with standard retail practice;

  • We cannot support refunds currently.

 

  • Do you offer refunds?

We do not support returns or refunds currently. 

 

  • My item is faulty/defective! 

We're sorry to hear that! Each and every item is inspected before it is shipped to ensure that you are delighted with your item.  However, if in the rare occurrence your item is defective, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your item, with pictures so that we can make an assessment and where we deem appropriate, send you a like-for-like replacement only.

The item is your responsibility to return to us in the condition in which it was shipped to you, with all associated packaging. 

 

Replacements will only be shipped upon receipt of the original item, in good condition.
