How much do you charge for delivery within the UK?

Delivery is FREE for all UK orders over £30.

For UK orders under £30, we charge a flat postage and packaging rate of £4.50.

If you're only ordering bindis, we charge a flat postage and packaging rate of £1, irrespective of how many packets you buy (UK-only).  

How much do you charge for delivery outside of the UK?

The cost of shipping outside of the UK depends on where you live.

Please refer to the checkout for more information. 

Please be aware:

  • Goods may be subject to customs charges and fees. These will need to be paid by the customer before the parcel is released to them. 

  • The customs authorities in the destination country determine if charges are due on imported goods, and the levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country.  Kindly note that Avani London cannot advise on what these may be. 

How long will my item take to arrive?

We aim to ship all orders within one working day and all jewellery orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For.   

Bindi orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class (not signed for).

This means that in almost all cases, your items will be delivered to you one working day following dispatch (UK only). 

International orders will take longer. Please allow up to 10 working days for your item to be delivered.

Please ensure that your personal details (i.e. name and address) are correct to avoid delays in receiving your items.

How will my item arrive?

Customers love our packaging.

All of our beautiful jewellery is packaged in a luxury white gift box with acid free tissue paper.

 

My item is out-of-stock! What can I do?

If your desired item is out-of-stock, please contact us.

I’m unhappy with my item. What can I do?

Your satisfaction is our priority, so should you find yourself dissatisfied with any of our pieces, please contact hello@avanilondon.com.

Kindly note that:

 - Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or any sets with earrings;

 - We cannot support refunds currently.

Do you offer refunds?

As an independent retailer, we do not support returns or refunds currently.  

Each and every item is inspected before it is shipped to ensure that you are delighted with your item.  However, if in the rare occurrence your item is defective, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your item, with pictures so that we can make an assessment and where we deem appropriate, send you a like-for-like replacement only.
